An exciting new offering for Sterling Design Group, LLC is our Design/Build program.  Over many years of working with various contractors and seeing clients have both good and bad experiences, it seemed appropriate to offer these services to streamline the Design/Build process for our clients.  Working in conjunction with our team of trusted contractors, architects and landscape architects we are able to offer the client a full service design coupled with oversight of the construction process.  Whether we renovate an existing home or commercial building, construction manage the building of a new home, or merely move a wall here or there to improve interior traffic flow, each project benefits from our team approach.  During the design process we provide pricing information and guidance to keep the project on budget.  If needed, we help with value engineering to bring the project in on budget without sacrificing design integrity.  During the construction phase we supervise subcontractors, order materials, communicate with the client if there are any unforeseen field conditions or it is necessary to make reselections of materials.  We take the hassle out of construction projects by coordinating all the myriad details so that our clients don’t have to.
